Installing MS SQL Server 2019 Evaluation In Windows Server 2019

Microsoft SQL Server is one of the most popular databases in the world and in this blog post I will be showing you how to install the evaluation version of SQL Server 2019 in Windows Server 2019.

Download and Install MS SQL Server 2019 Evaluation

Go To https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-sql-server or simply Google the term "Microsoft SQL Server Evaluation" and click the first link.

Expand SQL Server 2019 and click Continue and fill out the following form

When the download finishes right click the file and choose Run as administrator

Choose the installation type that you wish, if you are not sure choose Basic

Click Accept

Choose your installation path and click Install

Wait for the download and installation to finish

Confirm your SQL settings and click close to complete the installation
